Avicenna internally manages different versions of your study, and allows you to control which cohort of the participants should be moved to the latest version and which cohort should continue using the previous version of the study.

Avicenna records detailed information about every interaction with your study, whether data access, modification, or deletion, both from participants and researchers. For data modifications and deletions, the records include the old and the new data. This, plus Avicenna’s complex data filtering and notification system, allows you to monitor every change in your study and ensure everything is on track.
